Every Real Estate Agent in Nerja is paid by the seller. They can be friendly and professional, but their job is to sell the properties on their books, not to find you the best home at the best price. And since many agencies tie sellers into exclusive listings, any single agent can only show you a slice of what is actually for sale. Buyers assume they are seeing the market. They are seeing a shop window.
For international buyers it gets harder still. The process runs in Spanish, the real risks hide in community documents and renovation permits nobody shows you, and by the time problems surface, the deposit is already paid. We have watched people overpay by tens of thousands simply because nobody in the room was on their side.
How we work
We work exclusively for you, for a flat fee agreed upfront. No commissions from anyone, no properties of our own to push, no conflict of interest anywhere in the deal. That one structural difference changes everything about the advice you get.
We start with what you actually need, then search the entire market, agency listings, private sellers and off-market properties most buyers never see. We check what a property is really worth against our own market data, dig into the community documents and permits, negotiate the price, and coordinate the lawyer, the bank and the notary. You get a written report every week, so you always know exactly where things stand, and we stay with you until the keys are in your hand.

Who you work with
You work directly with Sanna. She has been part of the Nerja community since 2012, has lived here full time since 2021, and has bought, renovated and sold properties of her own here. She knows the town, the agents, the urbanisations and the games people play, and she speaks English, Spanish, Finnish and Swedish.
